Remote first, in person occasionally
Most of us are in the North of England. We meet up every few weeks for working sessions or socials, but we do not enforce a commute.
Learning is part of the job
Conferences, courses, paid study time. You will work with the kind of stack that needs keeping current, so we treat it as a requirement, not a perk.
No politics
Information is shared by default. Decisions get written down. If something is going wrong, you hear about it from us first.
Sane hours
Consultancy can be brutal. We pick the work and the pace so it does not have to be. No expectation of evenings, no pressure to be online during holiday.
